Sunday Club Ride

Sunday Club rides are between 40 and 55 miles long and ridden at an average speed between 14 and 16 mph. Rides start from the Old Ettington Road at 9am unless otherwise specified.

Sunday’s route…..Takes us NW in an attempt to catch some of the road race: Snitterfield, Great Alne, Morton Bagot, Ullenhall, Danzey Green, ☕️ and ? at Umberslade Farm Park, then Hockley Heath, Packwood, Rowington Green, Hampton on the Hill, back home via Fulbrook Lane and Hampton Lucy.

Map of route and closed roads attached: we have 2 options - corner of Ugly Bridge Road and Birmingham Road (where there may be more space) or the bottom of Hampton on the Hill (likely to be busier but a bit more exciting with a “climb”). Route assumes Hampton on the Hill but could adapt if needed.

Men’s race is due to start at 12.30. I estimate we should be there from the start (it’s at 72km).
