Distance is typically 25 to 30 miles at an average speed of 11-14 mph which for most people is a very relaxed…...you might even say even a Casual pace !

Our objective is to provide an enjoyable ride to meet the needs of as many of those riding. So speeds will be faster or slower, This is mainly determined by who is riding that particular day eg current club members or new guest riders

If necessary we will regroup if a gap opens up eg at the top of a hill. We have never left any rider behind as it the responsibility of the Ride Leader is to ensure everyone returns home safely.

If for any reason a ride is cancelled eg bad weather then please first check "last minute ride changes" section  in the forum in case of any doubt.

From SH, we head out up Staple hill to the Fosse. Along the Gaydon back road to Kineton, then onto Tysoe, and  Brailes. Turning right at Brailes and on into Shipston, with a coffee stop at Mrs Brown’s Tearooms. On our way back we go via  Honington to Whatcote and Fulready, the road from Whatcote to Fulready is very muddy, so take care. It is then onto Pillerton Priors, Walton, Wellesbourne.

Distance approx. 33 miles, with just a couple of hilly bits, but not too severe.
