 Wellesbourne > Loxley > Alderminster > Crimscote > Ilmington > Charingworth > Shipston > Tysoe > Edgehill (the village) > Lunch Stop @ around 30 miles > Avon Dassett > Fenny Compton > Northend > Gaydon > Kineton > Wellesbourne.

This route is basically route 20 from the club ride library, but we will add about 2 miles to our journey by diverting for lunch a bit further on (approx. 2/3 of the trip completed by then). Was thinking about using the Tysoe Tearooms, but decided not to inflict the Tysoe Road climb on you immediately post lunch, so we have a plan B!

There are 4 Garmin categorised climbs on the route - Foxcote, Tysoe, Avon Dassett and Kineton.

Distance: 46 miles

Ascent: 1,900ft (according to Garmin, but - given their accuracy record - I'm taking no bets on it being well in excess of 2k ft!).
